Harrison Road, Redditch
This four bed detached property required a two-storey extension. When the house was originally built the bricks were not identical, leading the client to want the building’s facade to look as good as the rest of the house.
They opted for a one-coat coloured Monocouche Render – as this is low maintenance, no painting is required which saved considerably on time and costs.
We used a ready mixed cementitious, weather resistant external decorative rendering system; due to the natural pigment in the colour, it ages indistinguishably with the brickwork.
We feel the result certainly speaks for itself!
Old Bank House
This project involved the conversion of a Grade 2 Listed Building into three luxury apartments. Being a listed building, at first this presented us with a range of difficult problems on how to achieve the look - without going down the usual route of removing everything and starting afresh. We decided that coving was the best option. We were amazed by the results!
Church lane
On this project the client had a chimney which was made out of steel over an open fire and wanted the result to be a little special. What we did was cover it in a heat resistant board and then a fireboard as prep for the luxury finish Venetian Polished Plaster. I think the pictures tell you the rest – they were delighted with the outcome!
The Cube
This project involved the construction of an office for a Redditch-based company - we were very impressed with the look we created, as were fortunately our clients! These pictures do not do enough justice to the results that were achieved, but it at least goes some way in demonstrating our versatility within the work we carry out.
